Our Management Team

Paul Turnor, General Manager
Paul has brought a wealth of managerial experience to the business, having successfully operated various electrical retail and wholesale businesses over a 30 year career. Beginning his work life on a part-time basis, installing AV equipment while at Uni studying teaching, Paul quickly caught the retail bug and moved through sales, then management, and eventually as a proprietor of his own business. Over the years Paul has served on many industry organisations, as well as setting up and serving on boards of charity organisations involved in the promotion of nutritional, physical and mental health in youth.

Brenton Morris, Company Director & Business Manager
Brenton comes from an extensive hi-fi and custom home theatre background. Starting in the industry as an installer, moving into sales and finally management, Brenton became involved in Intelligent Home as director in the year 2000 and is in charge of business and technology development. Brenton is heavily involved in many industry organisations including CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design Installation Association) and the smart wired House program. Helping in promoting the industries standards/practices and education for industry members, Brenton has over 20 years’ experience in the electronics industry.

Chris Baroni, Group Operations Manager
Chris joined Intelligent Home in 2005 as a Qualified Electrical Contractor and Registered Builder with over 19 years’ experience in the industry. His passion in the field led him to the office side of the business becoming the Construction Manager, he then moved to the Electrical General Manager, and has recently stepped into the Operations Manager position where he brings a wealth of knowledge to this area.

Daniel King, Custom Design Manager
With a family background in audio visual and electronics Daniel grew up spending his younger years in his grandfather’s Hi-Fi store building electronic gadgets. His passion for technology grew and after studying electronics engineering at Curtin, he chased his dream and began working full time in the industry he’s grown to love for the past 20 years. Daniel’s forte is technical product information, system design and project management. Daniel’s aim with every client is to offer the most technically advanced products made simple to operate, creating comfort in their new home. He is currently certified as a Cedia Designer 1 which is an overall certification of all aspects of the dssindustry including sales, marketing and management. Dan is also THX and Cedia Installer 1 certified.

Greg Lynch, Chief Financial Officer
Greg was introduced to the Company in 2012 as a consultant; he was subsequently offered a full time position and has been with Intelligent Home since.  Greg has a corporate management background including time at the Mobil Oil Company as a territory manager and in new build evaluation and development. He has been involved in a variety of different industries and businesses over time; including wholesaling, importing, manufacturing and retail.

Bianca Alweyn, Office Manager
Bianca joined Intelligent Home in 2018 coming from The Good Guys with a background in Office and Operations Management. Managing the front-end involves liaising with all departments, including implementing systems to ensure the business runs as smoothly as possible, as well as the typical daily tasks of accounts, payroll, job processing and general office upkeep.
